All You Need To Know About
Box Box Detailing

Vancouver weather can change quickly, but most services can still be completed as scheduled. Interior detailing is not affected by weather, and for exterior services we always aim to complete the job safely and with the best possible results. If weather conditions are extreme, our team will contact you to adjust the service time if needed.

Yes, we are fully insured for liability and mobile operations. Professional tools, safe chemicals, and protection for your driveway and property are standard.

We accept major credit and debit cards, e-transfer, and other options we confirm at booking. You'll get a clear total before we start, and receipts are available for every visit.

Yes. Our mobile units arrive with professional tools, safe chemicals, water tanks where needed, power options, and protection for your driveway and property. You only need to provide access to the vehicle and, when possible, a nearby power or water hookup to speed things up.

Many clients step away while we work. We'll confirm access instructions when you book (parking, keys, lockbox, or a contact on-site). Payment can be handled in advance online or as arranged. If anything changes day-of, reply to our message or call and we'll adapt safely.

We are a fully mobile service covering Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam, Surrey, Langley, Delta and the rest of the Lower Mainland. If you are just outside, message us - we usually can make it work.

Yes, we work all year. In winter we focus on interior and protection details, salt removal and undercarriage rinse. For exterior, we need a dry window. If it's too cold or heavy rain, we reschedule free of charge.

Timing depends on vehicle size, condition, and package. A focused exterior or interior service might take about one to two hours, while fuller packages often run two to four hours or more. We'll give you a realistic window when you book.
