SERVICE AGREEMENT

By booking or receiving services from Box Box Detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Box Box Detailing provides professional automotive detailing services including interior cleaning, exterior washing, paint care, and related vehicle appearance services.

The exact services performed depend on the package selected by the customer.

Services may include but are not limited to:

•Interior vacuuming

•Surface cleaning

•Shampooing carpets and seats

•Leather cleaning and conditioning

•Exterior hand wash

•Wheel and tire cleaning

•Interior detailing

•Paint protection products

•Ceramic coatings (when purchased)

The final results may vary depending on the vehicle’s condition.

2. Vehicle Condition Disclaimer

Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage before the service begins.

Box Box Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to:

•Scratches

•Paint chips

•Faded or oxidized paint

•Torn upholstery

•Broken trim

•Loose interior parts

•Electronic malfunctions

If damage is discovered during the service, the customer will be informed when possible.

3. Interior Condition

Interior cleaning results depend on the condition of the vehicle.

Vehicles with excessive dirt, stains, sand, pet hair, or spills may require additional time and charges.

Extra charges may apply for:

•Excessive pet hair

•Heavy stains

•Biological contamination

•Vomit or bodily fluids

•Mold or mildew

•Construction debris

•Severe odor removal

Customers will be notified when possible if additional work is required.

4. Personal Belongings

Customers must remove personal belongings from the vehicle before the appointment.

Box Box Detailing is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal items left inside the vehicle.

5. Pet Hair Policy

Vehicles containing pet hair may require additional labor.

Severe pet hair removal may incur additional charges depending on the level of contamination.

Complete removal of pet hair cannot always be guaranteed.

6. Stain Removal

While we strive for the best results possible, not all stains can be completely removed.

Factors affecting stain removal include:

•Type of stain

•Age of the stain

•Material condition

•Previous chemical exposure

No guarantee is provided for full stain removal.

7. Odor Removal

Odor removal treatments reduce odors but cannot guarantee complete elimination of odors caused by:

•Smoke

•Mold

•Spills

•Biological contaminants

Multiple treatments may be required.

8. Exterior Detailing Disclaimer

Exterior washing and detailing may reveal pre-existing paint defects such as:

•Scratches

•Swirl marks

•Paint fading

•Rock chips

Box Box Detailing is not responsible for existing paint damage.

9. Ceramic Coating Disclaimer

Ceramic coating services improve paint protection but do not make the vehicle scratch-proof.

Ceramic coatings:

•Reduce contaminants sticking to paint

•Improve gloss and hydrophobic properties

They do not prevent:

•Rock chips

•Deep scratches

•Accident damage

Proper maintenance is required.

Mobile detailing services are subject to weather conditions.

Appointments may be rescheduled due to:

•Unsafe working conditions

For mobile services, the customer may be required to provide access to:

•Water supply

•Electrical outlet

If access is unavailable, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

13. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

Failure to complete payment may result in service refusal for future bookings.

14. Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Box Box Detailing reserves the right to refuse service if:

•Hazardous materials are present

•The working environment is unsafe

If a customer is not satisfied, they must notify Box Box Detailing within 24 hours of the service.

We will review the concern and determine appropriate action.

Box Box Detailing’s liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
