BOOKING POLICY

This Booking Policy applies to all appointments scheduled with Box Box Detailing.

By scheduling an appointment, the customer agrees to the following terms.

1. Appointment Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or through other approved booking platforms.

Customers must provide accurate contact information when booking.

2. Arrival Window

For mobile detailing services, arrival times are approximate.

Box Box Detailing may arrive within a 15-30 minute service window depending on traffic, weather conditions, and previous appointments.

3. Vehicle Preparation

Before the appointment, customers must:

• Remove personal belongings from the vehicle

• Ensure the vehicle is accessible

• Provide a safe location for the service

Failure to prepare the vehicle may result in delays or rescheduling.

4. Access to Water and Power

For certain services, customers may be required to provide access to:

• A water source

• An electrical outlet

If these are not available when required, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

5. Vehicle Condition

The price of detailing services is based on average vehicle condition.

Vehicles with excessive dirt, stains, sand, pet hair, or contamination may require additional time and charges.

Examples include:

• Heavy pet hair

• Severe stains

• Mold or mildew

• Vomit or bodily fluids

• Construction debris

Additional charges may apply depending on the condition.

6. Weather Policy

Mobile detailing services may be affected by weather conditions.

Appointments may be rescheduled due to:

• Rain

• Snow

• Freezing temperatures

• Unsafe working conditions

Customers will be notified if weather causes a change in schedule.

7. Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

8. No-Show Policy

If the customer is not present or the vehicle is unavailable at the scheduled time, the appointment may be considered a no-show.

No-show appointments may be subject to a fee.

9. Late Arrival

If the customer is late and the service cannot be completed within the scheduled time window, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

10. Payment Policy

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Credit card ( extra % apply)

• Debit card

• Online payment

• Cash (when applicable)

11. Right to Refuse Service

Box Box Detailing reserves the right to refuse or reschedule services if:

• The vehicle condition poses health or safety risks

• The working environment is unsafe

• Hazardous materials are present

12. Agreement to Booking Policy

By scheduling an appointment, the customer confirms acceptance of this Booking Policy.
